What if some of my wedding parties are interstate or overseas?
A fitting guide is provided on the Trevor West website which explains how to measure and needs to be filled out and returned via email back to us and then we can start the process of course we prefer a final fitting before the event.
Do you hire children’s formal wear?
We hire black suits with white shirts and ties for children from 2 -16 years but we have a small collection available
Do I need ID when booking a hire?
We require a form of Id when booking a hire and we only except a Driver’s License or Passport in the name of the person hiring.
What if the measurements /sizes that have been provided are incorrect?
We recommend that you have a final fitting on collection so we can make minor adjustments while you wait.
If there is no final fitting, then we cannot be liable for any fitting/measurement issues.
How early do we need to book our suits for the wedding?
It is your decision, we prefer a six-week period, but we know everyone is very busy and we have the capacity to organize suits within a limited time.
Can I hire a complete outfit — suit, shirt, tie, and accessories?
Yes. We hire suits as full ensembles where required and have accessories available to complete your look. Let us know at enquiry stage what you need and we will confirm availability.
Do I need a morning suit for Melbourne Cup?
Only if you are attending the Members Enclosure, Committee Room, or other formally designated areas. For most Flemington areas, a lounge suit is the correct and accepted standard.
